• The importance of centering Indigenous perspective in Native American storytelling, writing representation and marketing

• How family stories can carry historical truth across generations

• The difference between writing about indigenous history and writing from within it

• The role of cultural continuity, memory, and survival in narrative structure

• Advice to non-native authors who attempt to write about indigenous characters, history, and culture
